Mixers with bootloader versions below v2.24 must be updated from a Firmware Update Card, which can be purchased directly from Hear Technologies. Contact Technical Support for more info.

Upgrading/downgrading with Desktop Firmware Updater:

Current Mixer Firmware Version:

  • If any issues arise during the PRO Mixer firmware update process please download the current mixer firmware version file located below. When following along with the instructions for upgrading a mixer with the Desktop Firmware Updater, click "Update from file", as opposed to "Update via internet", and select the downloaded file.

PRO Dante Card:

  • 16 Channel PRO Dante Card v1.0.0.8 - New user partition with new Hear Tech code running with the latest Dante BBE framework v4.4.0.8. New features added: Automatically changes the Dante sampling rate to match the current sampling rate of the hub when card is in slave mode. Automatically changes the sampling rate to match the grandmaster clock's sampling rate. 
  • 32 Channel PRO Dante Card v1.32.0.9 - New product ID for 32 channel to set it apart from the 16 channel version (allows it to now work with the automatic Dante firmware update built into Dante Controller). You must manually load v1.32.0.9 firmware the first time before it will automatically update to future versions via the web.
