This guide will walk you through updating the bootloader on your Hear Back PRO Mixer to the minimum version compatible with the PRO Connect application.
The minimum PRO Mixer bootloader version is v2.24.
You can check your Mixer in the PRO Connect application by inspecting it in the DEVICES list. You must update the bootloader if you see this warning screen when you click on your Mixer:
STEP 1: Obtain a PRO Mixer Update Card
The initial Mixer bootloader update must be performed using an update card. Update cards are available for purchase from Hear Technologies. Please https://heartechnologies.com/support/techsupportform.html to obtain an update card.
STEP 2: Follow this guide to complete the upgrade once you have an update card
