PRO Mixer Bootloader Update Guide

This guide will walk you through updating the bootloader on your Hear Back PRO Mixer to the minimum version compatible with the PRO Connect application.

The minimum PRO Mixer bootloader version is v2.24.

You can check your Mixer in the PRO Connect application by clicking on it in the DEVICES list.

NOTE: Proceed with this guide ONLY if you see this warning screen AND the bootloader version is less than the minimum. DO NOT proceed if the bootloader version is 2.24 or greater and the firmware version is less than the minimum.

STEP 1: Obtain a Mixer Firmware Update Card

The initial Mixer bootloader update must be performed using a Firmware Update Card. Firmware Update Cards are available for purchase from Hear Technologies. Please Contact Tech Support to obtain an Update Card.

STEP 2: Follow this guide to complete the upgrade once you have an update card
