This guide will walk you through updating the bootloader on your Hear Back PRO Mixer to the minimum version compatible with the PRO Connect Application.
The minimum PRO Mixer bootloader version is v2.24.
Obtain a PRO Mixer Update Card
The initial mixer bootloader update must be performed using an update card. Update cards are available for purchase from Hear Technologies. Please contact technical support at https://heartechnologies.com/support/serviceform.html to obtain an update card.
